Check out your options and the details of each of the services I offer below. I offer everyone a free introductory consultation call, which usually lasts around 30 minutes. This is not a coaching session, but an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about my packages and for both of us to get to know each other a little.

This works in a similar way to the six session packages. However it gives you the flexibility to access coaching every week if that is helpful. Which offers great value for money!
3 months coaching - video call coaching

An initial discovery session - a slightly longer first session of around an hour and a half, where we can explore all the possible focuses and goals you would like to work on over the three months and co-design your coaching plan.
3 months of unlimited coaching sessions - each session is for between 45min to an hour. Sessions are subject to availability - you need to book in sessions in advance. I limit the number of places on the 3 month coaching plan, so I can be sure that everyone has good access to coaching when they need it.
3 months of email support - so you can keep momentum going and share any achievements, lightbulb moments, or challenges along the way.
A co-designed coaching plan - At the start of the 3 months we collaborate on putting together some overarching goals for the 3 months to keep things focused. We discuss a personalised coaching plan which addresses your unique needs and ensures we are working in a way that works for you. This is a flexible plan - it can evolve as the process and you evolve.
A mid-session check-in to review progress, check in on our coaching plan and make changes if needed, keep you accountable, celebrate progress and keep momentum around the change you seek.
Three session laser focused packages
My three session packages (video and walking) are good if you have a single well defined laser focused goal you want to explore. Or if we have worked together before and you want a short booster block of sessions.

Discounts and giving back
I am interested in supporting others who are giving their time to positive causes. As a coach this sometimes means donating my time or discounting my services in particular situations. If you work for a not for profit / charitable organisation or your business is involved in activities that have a direct positive impact on the environment, talk to me about your work.
Each Autumn I am proud to take part in the WLA Coachathon where all my coaching session fees go directly to the MicroloanFoundation a charity supporting female entrepreneurs in SubSaharan Africa. A cause close to my heart as a female entrepreneur!
Introductory consultation call
We can start things off with a free introductory consultation call. We can do this as a video call or as a phone call. We use this to answer any questions you have, get to know each other a little and check that we are a good fit. I want you to feel confident about what to expect and be happy about proceeding to work with me.
I promise it will not be salesey, I’m not interested in selling you something you don’t want or are not ready for, that is not the start of a great coaching relationship! I’m interested in helping you feel informed, confident and ready to take the next step on your journey.

The details

I start my three month coaching package with a longer conversation. I call it the Discovery Session, we use this to explore all the possible focuses and goals you would like to work on. This session can start as quite broad and wide ranging or more specific and focused, if you haven’t done work on your core values I’d recommend we do this first. You may already know exactly what it is you want to work on, or you may just feel you need some change, but are not sure where to begin. I’m here to help with all these starting points; to ask the right questions and help you explore your thoughts and issues in a safe space.
Towards the end of the session we focus on what you want to work on in our time together. I find clients get the most success and progress when they work on a specific overarching goal or desired outcome connected to their core values.

Six session packages
Both my six session packages (video and walking) are designed to offer you value for money and a secure timeframe for change to take place in. If you finish a six week block and want to keep working together there are various options from buying further six week blocks, different packages or individual sessions.
Six session video call coaching package
We use this sequence to work on the key goals and topics you identified in the first session. We have time to explore further around what is going on for you and what you want to be going on. We will talk about thoughts, beliefs, assumptions, fears and behaviours. We talk about how to start making changes in an achievable and realistic way. We identify obstacles and create strategies that are right for you to overcome them.
The six session format is most effective when completed in a shorter time frame e.g. with weekly or, at most, fortnightly contact. We can identify a specific time slot that works for you or, if your schedule is more variable, work out appointments on a week-by-week basis.
Six session walking coaching package
The benefits of walking in nature are well recognised across many cultures and societies. From Japanese forest bathing to individuals known for walking meetings such as Aristotle all the way to Steve Jobs. However, we don’t always find time to access the benefits of walking in nature such as de-stressing, feeling calm, focusing, relaxing, increasing energy, connecting, finding space, being more productive, gaining clarity and moving forward. I aim to combine the benefits of walking and being in nature with the benefits of talking to a coach.
Let me take you on a coaching walk in the beautiful countryside of Moray. We are not going for a serious fitness focused hike, this is an hour to an hour and a half of gentle strolling through the forest, across fields, along the beach and over the odd hill. We usually walk somewhere between three and five kilometers. If you are worried about your fitness or have physical restraints around walking, talk to me and we can devise a route suitable for you.
How does this work?
We arrange to meet at an agreed location, usually an easy to find car park at the start of our walk. I can show you some of my favourite walks or perhaps you can show me some new trails!

My goal is to get you to a stage of confidence and clarity that means, you no longer need a coach. However, everyone's journey is different and it takes different time frames to go through different phases. If you have already worked with me on a six week or three month unlimited coaching package and want to continue we can book in a further six week or three month block or do a single coaching session:
